Peter Åberg works as Managing Director for Nordfab EMEA. He has more than 20 years of experience in global change management, which he shares in his lectures and workshops combined with experiences from his personal life story - from learning to talk and walk after a severe accident to completing the New York City Marathon on foot with support poles faster than 7000 runners and climb the world's highest free-standing mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro.

Everything is possible as long as you believe in yourself and your team is one of Peter's main theses. He lectures based on personal experiences as a change leader on how to find your own and your team's inner strength when the unexpected happens. The lecture is about challenging yourself & your team and daring to try things outside your comfort zone. He highlights how by identifying and analyzing the pros and cons of the individual and the group, you can gain deeper insights and create clearer goals. Peter also offers workshops in process mapping and project management.

Peter has customer references from 17 countries on 5 continents and has, for example, lectured for the UN in New York, several Swedish Embassies, at large corporate events, management groups & working groups, medical conferences and universities all over the world.
